Frequently Asked Questions

Your shipping rate will be calculated in the checkout area. This calculation is based off the delivery address of your order.

However, we offer Free shipping for all orders over $150 in New Zealand.

We ship New Zealand wide! (Excluding PO Boxes).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 Business Days (Excluding Public Hoildays). If you have an urgent order please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help where possible.

Absolutely! Every gift box comes with the option of including a short handwritten gift note free of charge.

Just add your gift note into “Order Notes” on the checkout page.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if you “change your mind”. Please ensure your order is final before checking out.

If you’ve made a mistake in your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your name, email and order number. We will review the request on a case by case basis.

This is absolutely something we would love to offer, however is not yet available on our site. In the meantime, feel free to contact us for any special requests. We’re more than happy to try work with you where we can.
